Time for another update.
I know none of you all know me, but I like it that way.
So, it's been a pretty rough past year.
Last year - March 16th, my father got diagnosed with Lung Cancer, he also had tumors on his brain and heart (I think) I can't really remember. Also, it was about a week or two before that Peter Jennings got it as well. He started feeling sick, just like what chemo would do to you. Then radiation. Lost all his hair. While this time, my mother, she's a runner (or was). Her knee cap was not connected to her knee anymore -- so she had to get 20,000 dollar knee surgery, and she couldn't walk for about two months. My dad could walk though, but barely. And he couldn't do much. So my sister and I had to do everything. Around June, my dad couldn't walk at all, we had to get him a wheelchair, and fix our house to where it was easy access, he would start crying randomly, telling me how he was going to die. Finally, my mom could walk. Well, I guess she could before my dad couldn't. Anyways, at the beginning of July, my father went to the hospital. And he got discharged, and then maybe 5 or days after my birthday he stopped breathing when my brother tried to get him into bed, and he was rushed to the hospital, survived until the 27th, and then later passed.
Exactly two months later... but I didn't know it.
I was picking up a friend for school, and turned down a street. I was completely blinded by the sun. I was going under the speed limit. I couldn't see anything. I hit a man. Not his car. Him. And at first he was alright. I looked at my cell phone to see what day it was. Septemeber 27th. He died about a week later.
He was one of my Father's friends and golfing buddies.
Those are the only two really bad things that have happened to me.
My Papa, he's getting old and losing his memory right now though.
